Sheila is the Director of BSS Management Consultancy with leadership  responsibilities for corporate management training and  financial consultancy services mainly assisting businesses with the development of their business plans for funding and growth.


Sheila works with a team of associates to deliver specialist training courses in procurement, leadership and management, as well as business finance. Sheila has over 25 years experience in professional business management and leadership skills and over the years has held and chaired a number of high public profile   "Non Executive Director" positions in the NHS, Further Education College and Housing Association Sector, as well as Executive Director positions in the public and voluntary sector.  She is a qualified professional accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Diploma in Procurement.


Sheila has trained in many directors and managers over the years, helping them develop their skills in financial management, bidding for public sector contract opportunities, leadership and general management principles. She has helped many small businesses win contracts and secure finance from the banks and micro finance institutions.


She has mentored many entrepreneurs to start their own business and she is the author of My Business Is My Business- endorsed by International New York Bestselling Author- Mark Victor Hansen.
